Who we are
Racquet, operated by Data Pulse — Bitton Eliran, is a platform connecting players, clubs and service providers in racquet sports: tennis, padel, pickleball and table tennis. Its activity includes brokering bookings and court rentals, connecting with coaches and lessons, courses and training camps run by clubs and academies, registration for tournaments and leagues, racquet stringing services, advertising and promotion services for second-hand sports equipment listings, and the catalogue of a partner equipment shop, EVENTI PADEL, where purchase, payment and delivery take place on the shop's own website.
The service itself is provided by the club or service provider shown in the booking. Data Pulse charges a brokerage fee, a commission or a payment for platform services, according to the agreement and the details of the offer.

Payment on the site has not been activated yet. As long as that is the case, no payment is collected on the site. When it is activated, every charge will be one-time: before payment, the service provider, the nature of the transaction, the amount, the type of charge, the period and the cancellation terms will be shown, and it involves no renewal and no automatic charge.
What you pay for, and to whom
- Brokerage fee — charged to a club or service provider for brokering a service or a booking, under the agreement with them, and separately from the consideration the customer pays for the service itself.
- Advertising service — payment for advertising or promoting a listing, for the period and scope shown in the offer. The payment is for the advertising service, not for the advertised item; Data Pulse is not the seller of the item, and advertising does not guarantee a sale or a number of responses.
- Separate monthly payment — a payment request for a specific month. A separate request is sent each month, and it is paid only on the customer's initiative.
- Annual payment in advance — a one-time payment for a defined year, with a start date and an end date, with no automatic renewal.
- Service booking with a club or service provider — the service is provided by the club or service provider. Payment for it through the site will be activated only through a route approved with the payment processing company, and will show the identity of the service provider and the platform's share.
Prices, commission rates and the period are set in each offer and each agreement and are shown before payment. The cancellation policy is set out in the cancellation policy, where the transaction cancellation form can also be found.
