Cancellation policy

1. Who operates the service

Racquet is operated by Data Pulse — Bitton Eliran, Business ID 024131856, 4/1 Havatzelet St., Kiryat Shmona. The services brokered by the platform are actually provided by the club or service provider shown in the booking; Data Pulse charges a brokerage fee, a commission or a payment for platform and advertising services, according to the agreement and the details of the offer. 2. One-time charges only

• Every payment on the site is one-time, for the service or period specified before payment.
• No renewing subscription, no authorisation for automatic charges and no automatic renewal. The site does not store card details for future charges.
• For monthly activity we send a separate payment request for each month. Sending a request is not a charge; the month is paid only when the customer pays the request on their own initiative.
• Payment for a year in advance is a one-time payment for a defined year, with a start date and an end date, and it does not renew the following year. A year paid in advance does not create overlapping monthly requests for the same period.
• Before every payment, the service provider, the nature of the transaction, the amount and currency, the type of charge, the period and the cancellation terms will be shown. The transaction confirmation shown after payment is not a tax invoice.

3. How to request a cancellation

The cancellation form is also open to anyone who cannot sign in to their account. For every request sent through the form, a reference number and the time of receipt as recorded on the server are shown.

4. Rights, refunds and cancellation fees

The right to cancel, the time limits, the refund and cancellation fees, if they may be charged, are determined in accordance with the law and the terms shown before the purchase, and by the type of transaction — brokerage fee, advertising service, monthly payment, annual payment or service booking. The detailed rules for each type of transaction will be shown before payment for it is activated on the site.

• Cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity or a breach on our part will be handled in accordance with the law.
• In qualifying cases, people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may be entitled to a longer cancellation period. You can say so in the form, and the request will be considered on its merits.
• Termination of the engagement and cancellation requests are recorded; the transaction history is not deleted, and a cancellation or refund is recorded separately.

4a. A court hire paid on the site

• Free cancellation and a full refund Up to the number of hours the club set before the game starts — 24 hours by default, and a week at most. The number is shown before payment, and that is where you agree to the terms.
• You cancel it yourself under "My booked courts". The refund goes to the card used to pay; any part paid from club credit goes back to the credit. There is no cancellation fee.
• After that time the booking is final and cannot be cancelled on the site. In rain, on a court not in order, or with a fault at the club, you can submit Credit request Up to 24 hours from the time of booking, and the club decides: a refund to the card, credit for the next booking, or a refusal with an explanation.
• If The club cancels a paid booking — the full amount is refunded.
• A payment received after the hour was already taken (for example when the hold expired) is refunded automatically in full.
• All of the above is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Law, and does not detract from them.
